Start recording, allow microphone access, and play. Stop whenever — the take shows up below to loop, play back, or ditch.

Hear something in that take worth fixing? The coach listens while you play, gives feedback in real time, and remembers what you worked on next session. Start coaching →

Using the looper to hear what you actually play

Press Start recording, play, and stop when you are done. Each take lands in the list for this session, where you can play it back, loop it without a gap at the seam, download it, or discard it. Save a take to give it a name and keep it in this browser after a reload. Nothing you record is uploaded.

Record, then listen with your hands off the guitar. Play a passage once and hear it back straight away: rushed changes, notes that choke, and uneven dynamics are easy to miss while you are playing and hard to miss while you are listening. Pick one thing to fix, record a second take, and play the two back to back.

Or build your own backing part. Record four bars of a chord progression, stop right on the next downbeat so the loop comes back around in time, then loop it and practice a lead line or improvise over it. Keeping the metronome running in your headphones while you record the rhythm part makes the loop far easier to play against.
