The deal

Strumly is a guitar-coaching tool operated by Suede Labs AI. Use it to learn, to practice, to get feedback on what you play. It is not a substitute for a human teacher, a doctor (yes, including tendinitis advice — see one), or licensed legal counsel.

Your account

You're responsible for what you do on your account. Don't share credentials. Don't use Strumly to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content. If we detect abuse, the account stops working.

The free tier

Free accounts get 3 focused coach sessions per calendar month. The automatic greeting does not count; a session is reserved when its first genuine coaching message is admitted. A provider failure before a response begins releases that session, while an abandoned request or a failure after provider work begins may still consume it. Each focused session can run for up to two hours and 8 coached responses. Pro includes up to 200 coached responses in each rolling 30-day period, paced at 12 per hour and 20 per day. Failed or abandoned provider attempts may count toward these fair-use boundaries. The focused-session limits remain on Pro so each session ends with saved evidence and a clear next assignment.

Pro billing

Pro is a $19.99 monthly subscription, billed in USD through Stripe. If you subscribe, it renews automatically each month and Stripe charges your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro access continues until that date, and the subscription does not renew after it. Payments are not automatically refundable. Contact us about an incorrect charge or refund request; requests are reviewed case by case. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

No warranty

Strumly is provided as-is. The coach is an LLM; it can be wrong about music theory, your gear, or your technique. Use judgment. We're not liable for hand injuries, lost gigs, or a busted relationship with your spouse over the volume of your practice amp.

Changes

We update these terms when the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top is the current version. Continuing to use Strumly after an update means you accept the new terms.
